Wanwan: Agile Tiger
As the Daughter of the former Tangmen Leader, Wanwan is a master of the faction’s secret dart technique. Despite the faction’s disbanding, her unique combat skills make her an admirable ally who can effectively turn the tide for a victory.
Using her darts and the gifted crossbow grants her immense attack power. Alongside this, she can also remove crowd control effects and give herself short periods of full immunity when her skills are used appropriately. She has a unique advantage over the battlefield, with enhanced agility and a range of attacks. Wanwan is truly a powerhouse of a marksman with intense reaping capabilities and a killer burst specialty.
Skills
Passive: Tiger Pace
Wanwan’s passive skill allows her to take advantage of her enemy’s weak spots with Tiger Pace. When using her basic attack, she will reveal four points of weakness on the ground beneath the opponent.
For each weak point, Wanwan defeats she will increase the damage she deals with until all four are hit when she will deal with her max damage. This attack also allows Wanwan to quickly leap a short distance whenever she uses her basic attack, making her harder to hit.
Skill 1: Shallow’s Path
Her first skill, Swallow’s Path, releases a fire swallow at an incredibly long range in whichever direction she aims. From its landing location, it will then fire three daggers back to Wanwan for her to collect. Anyone on the opposing team who is hit by the fire swallow or the daggers will receive damage. If an enemy is hit by two of the swallow daggers in a row, they will also receive a stunning buff.
Skill 2: Needles in Flowers
The second skill, Needles in Flowers, allows Wanwan to use her secret fighting technique. This attack unleashes a barrage of needles that will damage any opponent in their path. It also allows Wanwan to remove any crowd control buffs from herself, effectively making her immune if used correctly. This attack also activates the Tiger Pace weak points to deal more damage to her attacker.
Skill 3: Crossbow of Tang
Wanwan’s ultimate skill, Crossbow of Tang, uses the crossbow given to her by her father. This can only be activated if Wanwan can hit all of her enemy’s weak points. It steadily fires arrows for a few seconds, dealing damage to whoever she is locked on to while simultaneously making her immune to any attack. Suppose the arrows slay an enemy during her attack. In that case, she will immediately aim for the next target in range and continue firing, with an extra second added to crossbow and immunity time. The Tiger Pace skill will be activated again when an enemy is slain or when Wanwan retracts her crossbow.
Build
Emblem
Wanwan is best off with the marksmen emblem. This role is well-tailored for her capabilities, and the emblem will support that well. For gear, Wanwan’s builds focus heavily on speed and attack boosts to make her even more unstoppable as an attacker.
Battle Spells
Items
- Swift Boots
- Demon Hunter
- Berkers Fury
- Blade of Despair
- Corrosion Scythe
- Scarlet Phantom
The Swift Boots raise physical speed alongside attack speed. With these, Wanwan will dodge and strike faster so she can take down enemies quickly.
Demon Hunter also increases Wanwan’s fighting and dodging speed with an added ability to drain life from her opponent to keep her from being slain as she takes down the enemy’s defenses.
Furthering the damage this skilled fighter can deliver helps her plow through enemies instead of reviving herself and helping her team achieve victory fast. Berserkers Fury give boosts to physical attack and improve Wanwan’s ability to land a strong critical strike.
Blade of Despair majorly increases physical attack and gives a speed boost improving on Wanwan’s already powerful attacks and agility.
The Corrosion Scythe increases physical attack, movement speed, and attack speed. It can also cast an additional speed debuff on enemies, making them easier to outrun or defeat.
Scarlet Phantom increases physical attack and attack speed to make Wanwan more powerful. It also improves her speed and strength when she lands a critical strike.
Despite having low durability stats, strengthening Wanwan’s attack may make defenses unnecessary with her immunity and crowd control removing skills. The faster she can slay opponents and avoid their attacks, the longer she can stay in the battle.
Wanwan Information
Wanwan is an incredibly powerful attacker, with high statistics ratings for her skill power and offensive capabilities. Despite this, she is not very durable as a marksmen hero.
This can make her squishy in battle, requiring her to pay close attention to threats to avoid feeding the enemy team. With her skills, she can avoid death entirely, but this does require a higher level of aptitude, making her a much more difficult role to play. With her strong attacking force, she can be built to improve her attack power and effectiveness or to raise her durability stats.
Gameplay
Wanwan is an incredibly strong hero who can take on opponents on her own with the right strategies. Starting the game on an empty lane will allow her to gain coins quickly and kills on the opposing team. Some jungling can also get her gear faster to benefit from the attack and speed boosts sooner.
With her first skill’s range, she can capably take down enemies from hiding places and protected areas, which will help her avoid damage. As the match continues, Wanwan can use her skills to do short turret dives on aggressors to help take down the heavy damaging towers on the way to the enemy base. In battle, she should attack as continuously as possible to avoid any movement delays.
She is strong against melee heroes and can effectively take opponents down without them having the opportunity to escape. If she needs to make a quick escape to heal at the ally base or avoid an onslaught, Wanwan’s jumping skill can even allow her to jump obstacles on the battlefield. With the right use of her immunity, crowd control dampening, and incredible strength, Wanwan and her allies can wipe out the enemy team and achieve an impressive victory.
