To use a coupon In-Game, press escape -> Adventurer Support -> Use coupon. Then enter the coupon code and press “use”. The items will be sent to your in-game mailbox, which can be found in the bottom right of the screen.
Once inside your mail, press “Receive”; the item will now be inside your pearl or your regular inventory.
