Recently, the developers of Black Desert Online have buffed fairies. This feature was very much needed as it automatically allows you to use elixirs, food, and other things. Here is a list of things that this new feature allows you to do and other things.
- Increased the Fairy’s max level from 40 to 50
- You will get one additional skill slot when your Fairy reaches the max level (50).
- When a fairy reaches level 50, they will be able to learn an additional skill based on a set probability.
- They added the “Continous Care” skill, which can be learned from the “Radiant” Fairy.
- A Radiant Fairy can learn Continous Care at level 10.
- Once your fairy does learn continuous care, an “auto-use” setting will appear in the fairy UI.
- This function can be used to have certain items consumed automatically when they are not used.
- The skill rank of Continous Care will designate how many items you can use at any given moment. Here is a list of items you can use.
–Cron Meals/Foods
This consumes food items automatically.
-Draughts/Elixirs
This automatically consumes draughts and elixirs, but with only 1 type of draught at a time.
-Perfumes automatically consume one type of selected perfume item.
-Scrolls automatically use the selected scroll. But selected higher grades of scroll will remove lower grade scroll selections.

How To Get a Fairy To Level 50
To get to level 50 Fairy, you’ll have to consume around 60-70 sweet honey wine, which you can buy from the marketplace. You can also offer trash weapons, which is what I did instead since I couldn’t get sweet honey wine from the marketplace.

The Best Skills For Your Level 50 Fairy
The absolute best skill for Fairy Level 50 is the Continous Care Skill, which allows you to auto-use items.
Other must-have skills are:
Feathery Steps V – Weight Penalty Reduction(125%)
Miraculous Cheer V – Auto-use Potion when HP/Resource is depleted.
I feel the rest is optional, but Fairy’s tear is also useful, allowing instant resurrection, and Tingling Breath gives you additional underwater breathing time.
-Rank I allows you to use a max of 5 items.
-Rank II allows you to use a max of 8 items.
-Rank III allows you to use a max of 12 items.
-Rank IV allows you to use a max of 16 items.
-Rank V allows you to use a max of 20 items.
