Valir is a Mage, and he costs 32000 Battle Points or 599 Diamonds. You may even take him home for 120 Hero Fragments. His specialty is Burst or Poke. Valir was released in 2018, and he is a side laner.
Skills
Valir’s Passive Skill: Ashing
Valir’s Passive Skill is called Ashing. When he uses Ashing, his skills ignite his target enemies ablaze, and every second that they are ablaze deals Magic Damage that is equal to 0.6% of their Max HP, and it lasts for 4s. When blaze stacks up to 3 times on a target, there comes an explosion that deals Magic Damage equal to 8% of the Max HP of the target enemy and stuns the target for 1s in which within 7s, the same target enemy can only be stunned by Valir’s skills for one time.
Valir’s Active Skill #1: Burst Fireball
Valir’s first Active skill is called Burst Fireball. When Valir uses Burst Fireball, he casts to a specific direction, a blazing fireball. The fireball when it hits a target enemy explodes and deals with enemies in the explosion area or range Magic Damage worth 280 (+80% Total Magic Power) points, and it slows these enemies for 40% within 1s. On the other hand, when the fireball ignites the ground along the way, which then leads to an explosion afterward, it deals Magic Damage to enemies within the area 140 (+40% Total Magic Power) points. Valir can stack the fireball up to two times, and if an enemy hero is the first target of the fireball, he restores the fireball at once.
Valir’s Active Skill #2: Vengeance Flame
Valir’s second active skill is called Vengeance Flame. When Valir uses Vengeance Flame, he surrounds himself with four Vengeance Flames and removes all CC effects from him. This also enhances his Burst Fireball or his Searing Torrent. The enhancement increases skill damage for 9s by 30%. Also, his Movement Speed increases by 60% in 5s, but this decays with time.
Valir’s Active Skill #3: Searing Torrent
Valir’s third and final active skill is called Searing Torrent. When Valir uses this skill, he unleashes forward a torrent of flames which knocks back target enemies that are in its range and deals with them Magic Damage worth 200 (+60% Total Magic Power) points. When the Vengeance Flame enhances this skill, it generates a fireball that lasts for 4s at the very end of its range, which deals with enemies nearby Magic Damage of 100(+30% Total Magic Power) for each second. The fireball and the torrents of flames can slow enemies for 1s by 25%.
