After the crate nerf, (AND THE ROLLING NERF) there was really no way to actually up your trading level for that glorious trade Master 2 level silver making methods. Notice that i’ll be covering how to level up and not how to make crates nor silver, this may earn you some silver on the run but nothing over exaggerated.
1st of, i may be wrong, i may be right, I’m not claiming this is the BEST method, just a simple one that i did. I did many tests while on this trip.
Distance Exp | Distance exp adds up, the farther the more exp you’ll receive. |
Node connecting | Node connections does NOT matter, it doesn’t decrease your total experience, simply you’ll just lose silver |
Npc Items and Crates? | See topic Npc Items and Crates |
Crates | Crates have a FIXED exp unlike Items from the trade npcs. |
Imperial trading items | They Slightly give more exp |
Bargain | Bargaining at an NPC might give you a slight exp boost (not a lot) main to make more silver. |
Price of an item | The price of an item DOES effect EXP |
Affect exp | Weight + Silver + Distance, the higher these factors are, the more exp you ll gain |
These are some observations i’ve done during my trip to master 2.
NPC ITEMS AND CRATES
There’s a very very very big difference between these two items, the NPC items that we trade and craftable crates. NPC Items are calculated by weight, total silver spent and level total profit made. LEVEL DOENST MATTER, from what i’ve traded. Crates have a fixed experience like if you would level up from lvl 1 to 2, one crate will give you 5exp, and so on, it’ll always give you 5exp but the gap for the total exp required will increase each level.
Tl;dr
Crates = fixed exp (If the exp is 140/crate, then it’ll remain 140)
NPC tradable items = some number? X Level X Total exp required
Life Skill Level
Life skill levels does somewhat play a factor in this, Crates are still a really good idea because that fixed experience will permit one player to up his trading level up to a high number like professional 4-5 for a good number of crates, after that number, it is ideally better and faster to just solo-y trade alone with your merchant cartes. You can still make crates after professional 4-5, but it’ll take you 5 times longer than if you would just actively trade it yourself. I tested it, at artisan 8, 1k crates from heidel to epherian port ( that took me 1 whole day to mass make 1k crates) only gave me 29% at a bonus life skill experience of about 50%
Tl;dr
Beginner 1 – Professional 4or5 = Crates > Trading
Professional 4or5 – Master 2 = Crates < Trading
LOCATIONS
The locations do make a difference in this because every place you sell your trade, you’ll want to rebuy Max stacks, which should be 18/18 ( merchant wagon)( unless you’re using noble, which is not preferable). Or if you have an Elephant.
Velia: Beginner – Apprentice (average good)
Heidel: Apprentice – Skilled (average good)
Velia – Heidel – Glish (best possible route and the fastest)
Calpheon: Skilled – Professional – (Artisan 3-4) (average good) (random circle = Heidel)
Mediah: Artisan 3-4 – Master 2 (best one) (really good)
Items required to make it easier
Basically if you get these items, it’ll make the journey some what easier.
Costume +1 or +2 | 10% or 15% |
Elixir of Time green or blue ( if youre rich) | 10% or 15% (became expensive) |
Sute tea | 8% |
Value pack | 10% |
Pets Pets Pets Pets | Somewhat 0% to 3% to 6% ( depends on what your pet has |
Should come up to a total of 43% bonus ( excluding the pets )
There is the P2W costume exchange coupon that can add you another 10%
OPTION A) Wagon
Merchant wagon be most ideal due to it’s speed, Speed > item capacity (2 extra). You’ll want to insert a wheel ( more movement speed) a wagon badge ( more weight capacity) and wagon cover ( item stability). Along with insert these into the wagon, you’ll want to insert your horse along with 3 other horse, while you’re doing this you’ll be able to lvl your horses up as well. http://dulfy.net/2016/06/21/black-desert-wagon-and-wagon-parts-guide/
Tldr;
Merchant wagon > Noble wagon
Buy all parts to wagon
Attach 4 horses
OPTION B) Elephant
Basically, the elephant has about 1200 weight or + with about 16 slots and once it reaches level 15 it’s weight will boost from 800 to 1200 which will become a max for the elephant, it might be more than the wagon if you don’t upgrade the weight capacity, (that would mean using black stones to increase its + )
Here’s how you can get one http://dulfy.net/2016/08/31/black-desert-miniature-elephant-mount-guide/
Tldr;
- Costs 35mil
- Has 1200 weight
- 16 slots available
- About 104% movement speed ( without items)
More info
A. sell crafted crates to level up as fast as possible
B. Trading advancement quests
C. check which level you are and do that according to the pictures i gave you
D. have the patience to be doing this ( watch TV or play some other game on the side while traveling from one end to the other)
Have something to do like play Hearthstone, watch tv shows, anime, do your homework, clean your room, do some shit you never do because you’re too busy playing. Don’t afk for 30min or + because this isn’t like afk processing, you actually gotta recheck in about 6-10min every time you travel. If you believe in yourself you’ll achieve the master 2 dream, you gotta be motivated to do absolutely nothing and bore yourself, high work = high reward.
Tldr;
Don’t suck and just do it.
