Go to the Material vendor, and you should be able to see Aal’s Tear on the list displayed.
You need 2 Aal’s tears and 1 elixir for each party elixir.
It’s going to be simple alchemy, and you can only do this on the blue procs, and you will need at least two of them. So via simple alchemy, take your Aal’s Tear and right-click on it, and then right-click on your elixirs and depending on how much Aal’s Tear you have, you can make a different amount of Party Elixir.
Just keep in mind that to make one Party Elixir, you will need two of these Aal’s Tears which means that you will need to divide the total amount of Aal’s Tear by two. For instance, if you have 10 Aal’s Tear, you can make only 5 Party Elixirs.
