Epic Seven Fallen Cecilia Hero Guide

Introduction

Hello and welcome to a quick guide for Fallen Celia. She is the most recent five-star mystic hero and our very first five star moonlight night. I’ll be going over my recommendations, along with their mechanics, scaling, and tips later on.

Initial Thoughts

My initial thoughts on Fallen Cecilia is that she’s a powerful PvP hero who excels when placed on defense. She can also be viable in PvP one place in the correct compositions and for very specific content. I personally love her character design and enjoy playing with their unique skill set.

Fallen Cecilia In PvE

Her skill set it’s all about increasing survivability of your team through reducing and absorbing hits.

She has decent damage from Tank, much like regular Cecilia but lacks armor break, attack break, or any other defensive buffs to help the team.

Her s2 creates a strong barrier from 10 to 15% of her total health at the start of combat to all units. It includes when you move forward in a stage of a stage in the abyss, labyrinth, or adventure.

She also applies a shield to one target that’s the lowest health at the end of the term. Her s3 has a unique effect, which gives skill now fire to all units.

Skill and all fire absorb the subsequent damage of an attack but don’t absorb the debuffs. This can be very helpful when trying to deal with bosses burst windows, as it is a five turn cooldown one moldboard that can be further reduced to three turns for a measly ten souls.

She doesn’t have many offensive or defensive buffs. On with not adding much damage to the team is unlikely she’ll be used in many speedrunning teams. She can be a viable team pick when you have the central buffs and debuffs necessary.

I definitely can see you’re becoming more viable in PvE content that’s upcoming, such as automation towering guild bosses.

Currently, in Asma calls rage she’s not very good because four of the five bosses have a way to counteract many of her abilities. You can bring her for Golem hunt, and Wyvern hunt is a strength tank, but she’s not the optimal choice for either

Fallen Cecilia In PvP

With regards to PvP content, she’s powerful in PvP, especially when paired on defense with the characters that handled debuffs like angelic Montmorency.

She can be viable in offense due to a 100% taunt and a large amount of damage mitigation. This also makes her pretty good in Guild Wars offense and defense due to the lack of survivability that you can get with a three-person team.

She isn’t strong in the current meta as she could be because of the large number of debuffs. But she can help on defense counteract teams like auxiliary lots.

Skills and Skill Multipliers

Now let’s take a look at her skills.

Mistake

Her s1 is a point seven attack modifier with a 7% of total max HP damage significant in the top threshold for 75% to start and 100% when maxed. This puts her s1 in line with the crowd having a bit more top percentage but a little less damage on the s1.

Strong Instinct

Her s2 is started at 10% shielding goes up to 15% when Max magor.

Spear Of Resentment

Her s3 skill is a point six five attack modifier with the 12% max HP damage victim. Also, on the third increase of her ability, this is reduced by one turned cool down.

Set Recommendations

So now, what set should I build on her?

PvE+PvP Hybrid

I’d recommend going with the speed set.

In PvE, Cecilia’s central saving grace is the number of barriers and skill nullifiers you can put up.

For PvP, you also have the option of going the HP factor is defense hit or counter sets.

Keeping in mind that if you’re running counter set, you’d most likely want to have very high effectiveness and max out s1 for the provoke.

Because of how well you see synergizes with speed, it is recommended that you almost always take speed boots.

Artifacts Recommendations

What artifacts should you wear?

For PvP, I’d recommend going to Aurius if you’re using her to reduce the damage of the entire group.

Or Noble Oath if you’re using her as a frontline tank.

For PvP, I would recommend running an Aurias if you don’t have it on another unit already in your defensive setup. Otherwise an Elbris Ritual Swordif you want a bit more control and damage out of moonlight Cecilia.

I wouldn’t recommend running any other artifacts on moonlight Cecilia, but you can go ahead and test in your own time.

Should I Pull/Invest Mola In Fallen Cecilia?

Well, if you’re looking for a pure tank who excels in PvP defense, I would consider investing heavily in Cecilia.

But if you’re more of a PvE person, I wouldn’t recommend investing much in this unit. As for the current content, it is not very relevant.

If you chose to molgora Cecilia, my advice to you would be to focus on her s2 first, followed by her s3 until you get the turn order reduction and then s1 till you get 100% taunt effectiveness.

Tips and Mechanics on Fallen Cecilia

Now let’s talk a little bit about some tips and mechanics of Cecilia.

Knowing when to use her s3 and when to taunt can make all the difference. Prioritize saving the s3 if you know versus coming up. Or if you see an excellent opportunity to disrupt an enemy with the taunt.

If you’re looking to invest in moonlight heavily, Cecilia makes sure that you’re correctly building a PvE or PvP team that complements her.

If she’s not in the set with the correct complementing units, she’s more or less dead weight.
