Epic Seven Lilias Build Guide

Pros

Lilias is a good unit for both Player vs. Environment (PvE) and Player vs. Player (PvP) gameplay. Her Area of Effect (AoE) can debuff for all allies and reduce enemies’ Combat Readiness (CR).

She can also provoke an enemy without elemental disadvantage and self-barrier. You have a guaranteed dual attack on Skill 1 (S1), and she is a good cleave unit with damage scales from S3.

Cons

Random ally attack for a Dual Attack. You can’t trigger a Dual Attack when she counters. Lilias requires very high gear and high team synergy for maximum efficiency.

Quick Thoughts

Lilias is a very versatile unit because she can be used in both PvE and PvP with her unique kit. She is a tanky knight with a Cleanse ability and a guaranteed Dual Attack. Additionally, she can become a second cleaver in a cleave team with her damage scale with the highest ally’s attack.

Since Lilias has a good base Speed of 110 and a self CR boost from S3, she can be built with fast speed. She can cycle turns quickly.

PvE Content

Wyvern 11

Unfortunately, Lilias is not the best unit for Wyvern. Because of her Provoke, her CR reduction and cleanse is useless when fighting against Wyvern. However, her guaranteed Dual Attack on S1 is useful with this boss.

If Lilias is teamed up with units with powerful S1, such as Luna, Sealone, and Luluca, you can destroy this Wyvern before he can put a barrier up. Therefore, if you want to use her in Wyvern, it is best to turn off her skills in auto mode. Remember that she is a Fire unit, so if you can’t build her tanky enough to survive, you will need another healer to support her.

Golem 11

This is the place for Lilias to shine. She is a Knight so she can be an Aurius holder to help her allies survive against any massive hit from Golem. Her guaranteed Dual Attack is the best, especially if she is paired with Bellona, Cermia, Lidica, or Fire Ken.

Her Provoke still useless with Golem, but her cleanse from S3 will be useful to dispel a Defense break debuff from Crystal. It is excellent when you do not have a good healer for Golem with a cleanse like Tama or Angelic Montmo.

Azimanak 11

Her S3 damage scales with the highest ally’s attack, so she can be another AoE Damage Dealer in your team. Her Provoke useless with the boss as she can’t apply any debuff with her kit. Therefore, you do not need to worry about the three debuff limit on the boss. Her Cleanse can also help her allies survive against the Bleed skill from the boss.

It is sad to say that her guaranteed Dual Attack will be handy in this fight because not many units have S1 with an AoE Damage. Additionally, she has a self-barrier buff, meaning that if you use her with Vivian or Diene, she will have a maximum of 3 buffs. This will cause the boss to use her ultimate to AoE and dispel.

Banshee 11

Her Cleanse skill is beneficial to remove the Bleed debuff, but it has a long cooldown period. Because of this, Lilias, as a Fire unit, is not a good choice for this Hunt.

Abyss and Raid

Lilias is a very strong unit for Abyss and Raid gameplay. She has a 100% chance to Provoke, and her guaranteed Dual Attack is quite overpowering for this place. Her ability as an Aurius holder with a Cleanse skill will help your allies survive. She is practically the best tank for this type of content.

PvP Content

Since Lilias is a tanky cleanser with HP cleansing, she can provide a guaranteed Dual Attack, Provoke your enemy, and reduce your enemies’ CR. This gives her a massive potential as a resourceful unit in both Arena and Guild War. She could also be useful in RTA mode in the future.

She can counter meta debuff from Basar and Dizzy. Her Provoke skill is convenient in PvP since it’s not an Attack, like Kluri. She can also Provoke an enemy without Elemental disadvantage and won’t even miss against Ice enemies. Keep in mind that you can still be resisted if you do not possess enough Effectiveness.

Lilias can also be used in a Cleave team with her S3. Its damage scales with the highest ally’s attack. In other words, if she has a high Critical Rate and Critical Damage, she can become a second massive Cleaver in your team. When the highest attacker in her team receives an Attack buff, her S3 damage also increases.

Example #1: Cleave Team with Aux Lots, J. Kise, C. Dom and Lilias

Aux Lots gives an Attack buff and can push up J. Kise’s CR to cleave enemies. Afterward, C. Dom can use her S3 to boost the Critical Rate and CR. This will give you an extra turn to kill the highest-priority enemy.

If Lilias id fast enough, she will get a turn, and you can use her S3 damage scales with J. Kise’s Attack. When you receive a 50% Critical Rate from C. DOm, Lilias just to be built with a 50% Crit Rate and more than 250% Crit Damage to clear your enemies.

Example #2: Cleave Team with Basar, Tywin, Lilias, and Heavy AoE DPS (BBK, J. Kise, Ludwig, and Vivian)

Basar, with the highest speed, will use his S3 to dispel and reduce your enemies’ CR. Then Tywin can use his S2 to boost the Attack and Crit Rate to AoE DPS. Lilias needs to be fast enough to get the next turn, and then she can use her S3 with damage scales with an AoE DPS’s Attack to cleave and reduce your enemies’ CR. If the enemy team is still alive, your AoE DPS with an Attack and Crit buff from Tywin can clear them.

With this team, Lilias will need to be built with high speed and 100% Crit Rate to deal maximum damage. Your last slot of AoE DPS should be Ludwig or Vivian so that you can bring a double plus 30 Tagehel Book for Basar and Tywin Soulburn.

PvP Weaknesses

Even though Lilias is a great unit, she still has weak points. She requires very high gear investment to be outstanding. She needs to be tanky with a high speed, but also need a high Crit Rate and Crit Damage for maximum efficiency from S3. The Only Attack stats are unnecessary for her.

If you have F.Ceci, it’s not easy to use both of them in the same team because their Shield and Provoke skills can overlap. Additionally, as the last PSA, her counterattack won’t trigger her Dual Attack. Therefore, do not try to build her with Counter set or use Elbris on her.

Final Thoughts

Lilias is an excellent unit if you are still an early game and want to use her in PvE. Do not try to use her in PvP until you have the proper gear for her. If you are a late-game player and want to focus on PvP, you should pull her when you have enough Bookmarks.
