Is Black Desert Worth It, Is It Any Good?
Absolutely for the price of the game you get access to all the classes, life skills, events, past present, and future content. They never put any content behind a paywall. No matter what you get one of the most complex, comprehensive and competitive MMO’s ever made for such a low cost and no monthly fees, which is absolutely worth it.
Which Xbox Version of The Game Should You Get?
So naturally the next question is, which of the version should you get for the game?
Do keep in mind the buffs you get from the value pack are substantial, it drastically reduces taxes on the marketplace when selling items. But nowadays you can buy this with silver so it’s actually fairly easy to play this game without spending money monthly.
The standard package gives you some necessary early Pearl items for the game as its discount, this is an excellent choice for people are interested in giving the game and who are a little skeptical on they are planning to play.
The Deluxe Edition is my least favorite option, it does give you about $70 worth of pearl items plus the amount of the game gives you a starting now anyways. It’s about the same speed as a steer free horse don’t see a huge benefit in this package as the Pearl horse armor cost $20 and isn’t worth it to me eats of all the savings or value of this package as you’d expect.
The Ultimate Edition version is the best value as it gives you over $160 worth of pearl items start with. You’re going to get a bunch of savings by going with this package even though some of is cosmetic obviously you’re going to want to be really sure about this before you spend that kind of money.
What Are The Different Classes In BDO on Xbox And Will More Come Out?
Let’s get to the actual team what classes are in the game. But for now, you have the option to choose between the Warrior, Ranger, Sorceress, Berserker, Wizard Or Witch. In the upcoming months, there are going to Awakenings which did not ship with the game. So now you can play with a chance to learn to the core mechanics of the game and not be overloaded. Plus the Nostalgia is pretty fun for those of us who played the awakening specs. Eventually, you will get Awakenings, Rabam skills, and absolute skills within a few months. If you don’t know what any of that is don’t worry it’s all fresh, cool content.
Which Class Is Good For New Players?
I suggest you start out with the wizard or witch. They’re really easy to get a handle on it and they do massive damage. But if Mages aren’t your type of way style suggestive Warrior try even though there was damage is a little underwhelming the start of the game as a game develops and we get new patches it really starts to come through.
All six classes out right now are great but I’d argue that berserker or sorceress will become harder classes to Master on Xbox so just keep that in mind when you’re picking a class. But really what you should do is pick the class you think you’ll enjoy the most, since you are going to be playing that character for quite a while.
What gear is best for my class?
I would invest in Heve armor to start with or Grunil. Get offhand that offers pure AP. There are min-max combinations for each class but for starting out you can’t go wrong with Heve.
BDO Node System For Xbox
There’s a node guide for beginners which you might want to check out; we also have another guide for the best node worker setup.
All right, one of the most complex parts of the Black Desert online is the node system. Now I’m going to explain what a node is, and what you can do with this system. If you’re new to black desert online, this is going to seem complicated at first, but you need to stick with it and be patient.
A node is just an area on the map activating anode will allow you to do two things first it’ll give you a buff to bringing mobs in that area depending on how much energy you invest into that node.
Secondly, to allow you to send a worker from Velia, Olvia, Trent etc to automatically go to that node and collect resources, not all nodes have resources that can be collected.
Please keep in mind that you should only invest energy where you will actually be actively grinding, not sending workers to nodes. Obtaining workers and activating the resources are controlled by the contribution system which is a form of experience you get from doing quests and dailies or lifeskilling(such as cooking).
I strongly recommend you do the main quest line as soon as possible because of contributions experience. The little gold medal like on when you accept the quest to know which quests are giving you contribution experience. Keep in mind almost every single question this game gives you at least some CP points.
Now’s the Time to dig into hiring the worker first you’re going to open the world map. Select the city you’d like to hire a worker in. As an example, let’s use the Velia icon. Then select manage crafting in the upper right. Use the above filters and goals to find what you’re looking, for right now we’re just focusing on finding a lodging.
Lodging is what you need to expand how many workers you can hire in the city. If you see here I have Velia room one and Velia room to already purchased you must purchase rooms in order but as you go deeper into the chain the rooms will cost more CP. But you’ll also be able to upgrade them for a small amount of silver to offer higher quality production or in our case more workers slots per room.
I purchase the third room in to change show you the process after the timer is done will be able to hire a new worker please keep in mind every town automatically has one worker slot already without having to purchase a room.
Now that we have the lodging for the worker we need to go physically hire the worker. In order to do that we need to visit the local worker manager. From your world map present down on the d-pad to bring up the find NPC menu. Press the right bumper until you get to the work right on then press the right trigger for the Waypoint to show up. This will take you to your closest worker manager so make sure you’re in the right City when you pull this up.
All right now that we’ve arrived at NPC that allows you to hire a few things you need to know. When you’re hiring a worker it’s going to be a random race and skill level it’s all RNG, and you use five energy per roll.
Know that goblins were quickly but won’t repeat work very long before needing to be fed. Giants work slowly but for a very long time and humans are a happy medium. I prefer humans are most situations. Workers could be fed or recharged using beer and a couple of other items that are craftable or purchased in the Central Marketplace.
You can’t tell what the item that you’re collecting from a node if it’s not hooked up. So please go bookmark http://www.somethinglovely.net/bdo/. There is a ton of information on this map, and it’ll be a huge help through your BDO journey because it gives you the complete BDO map with all the nodes and more.
I wanna hook up the node on balenos forest. There’s two ways of doing this. If i dont have a value pack active or want to save energy you have to pull up the map hover over the node press X and then walk over to the node manager. Speak to the node manager bring up node management and then use my contribution to put the note also make sure that use a contribution to hook up the node.
You want to make sure you hook up the harvesting node as well not just the node itself. Alternatively if you do have a value pack active an extra energy to burn which I have both of those I could be anywhere on the map open and get the same menus in the same options as if I was there for only 10 energy.
I want you guys to notice that the only way for you to hook up this node is by having previously hooked up as well which in this case is Bartali farm. Since there’s no way for me to connect Balenos Forest to Velia directly, this is an essential part of managing a CP Network in your worker Empire. You always got to keep this in mind when you need a specific material from a certain note you have to understand that you have to invest in all the previous nodes that lead up to the primary city as well.
We’re almost done, I promise all we have to do now is actually send a worker to the node that we can set it and forget it go back to her know too many real quick.
So I can manage work in the upper left-hand Corner make sure you select the correct resource by hitting left to right.
It’s like the worker you want by pressing a then press wise bring up the repeat settings which means how many times to work will do the task select all, so they’ll work until they run out of stamina and then you hit X, finally done.
It’s important to know that you don’t have to go through this every time when I get to work done on a node. This is just what you have to go through to get your entire set up at the start. When you’re working runs out of stamina in a few hours we’ll need to feed it also keep in mind that your worker will finish their current task while you are offline, but will not continue their work until you relog. This is a major argument for staying online 24/7.
Remember to select your workers recovery food from your inventory to feed your workers. From this menu, you can reset them, feed them very quickly.
Guide To The UI In BDO
The last thing I want to touch on in the sky is the UI it is complex but it’s also a complex game so we deserve each other. It takes a little time to kind of get to know it so the first thing you really want to do is take a look at that ring menu the things that they’ve already put on your ring menu in the bottom when you start the tutorial get to know those get the love those.
But also customize your ring menu use as well get into that and then you move things around so you can react to situations as fast as possible.
Xbox How Do I Zoom Out In Black Desert
How the hell do I zoom out. I’ve got the answer for you put your weapons away hold the right thumbstick down for about 2 seconds and then you can move it forward and backward to zoom in and out, you’re welcome.
Xbox How To Reduce Screen Shaking In Black Desert
Ever notice of a screen shakes when you can’t skills fix everything looks super powerful, but for some of us, it gets a little old especially in those big or long fights, personally, I get dizzy from it. Head over to settings and click on general settings and you’ll see at the very top overall camera effect that’s where you’ll be able to turn the screen shake off or just turn it down a bit whatever you’re feeling.
Xbox Looking At The Storage While Not Being At The Storage Master
The last UI-tip is looking at storage while not being at a storage master. Go to your world map, choose the city stores that you’d like to take a look at. Go to enter the notice of the upper right-hand corner there’s a menu option if you select why that will bring up options for Transport, Warehouse, stable and house purchasing. Press the Warehouse option and there you go, you can now see the storage without being at the storage master.
